Infobird Software Co., Ltd. provides systems’ (including hardware and software) installation and also training services to systems’ manipulation. The installation of switches is in the charge of switches providers. After installation of the system, during the warranty period Infobird affords the following services:

Under normal use, the guarantee period is one year from the date running (the on-line acceptance is according to the commercial and technical acceptance).

Pertating guarantees

Infobird provides 7x12 hours of technical support. And clients’ system upgrade is for free, without additional charge.

Technical advisory services

During the national statutory five normal working days (5 × 8 hours), Infobird provides technical support in time for customers by telephone. When customers ask for services beyond working hours, Infobird guarantees to make response within two hours.

Response services to failure processing

In the daily use, if customer’s system has malfunction, Infobird should resolve it in time. When necessary, Infobird will send technical personnel to the scene;

If the customer has emergency situation and needs us to the scene, Infobird guarantees to sent technical personnel within 24 hours.

Upgrading warranty service

If user’s hardware equipment is replaced because of upgrade, Infobird offers free immigration of software to the new device is free.

Immigrating services

If the hardware failure or the impact of the virus has caused the replacement of equipment, Infobird offers free immigration of software to the new device is free.

Revisit by telephone

In the completion of the initial installation of products, you will receive our weekly telephone visit. After 1 month’s normal operation, you will get our phone once a month.
